CrossFit Acronyms & Definitions

CrossFit comes with some of its own language! Some of it can be obvious, but there are always terms that catch us all out, so we’ve tried to bring together an A to Z of the terms and acronyms that you’re likely to come across. Email us on info@crossfittonbridge.co.uk if we’ve missed any or you want to add any!

If it’s a movement that you’re not sure about, then see our CrossFit Tonbridge & TAG Movements Standards page to see them demo’d and broken down.
