On the min for 10 mins complete 2 power cleans
Push press 5×5

Met Con:
For 10 mins complete:
5 KB snatches (right) + 10 burpees on even mins
5 KB snatches (left) + 10 wall balls on odd mins

Rx=32/24kg & 9/6kg
If you cannot complete a round within the min then drop 1 rep on the burpees/wall balls.
