Wednesday 9.30am, 12noon, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday 9.30am, 12noon, 5pm (Bike / Row), 6pm
Friday 9.30am, 12noon, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday 9.30am
Sunday 10am

Classes will have exercise variations to use weight v’s non weight.
