3 x 6 min AMRAP’s
1. 3 chest to bar pull ups + 3 over the bar burpees. Then 6+6, 9+9 etc

2. 20 power cleans 60/40 into 750m/600m (M/F) row + as many sit ups as possible

3. 5 handstand push ups + 10 push ups + 20 box jumps 24/20″

2 minute rest between AMRAP’s.
