25 KB swings 32/24kg
20 over the box jumps 24/20″
15 STOH 50/35kg
10 chest to bar pull ups

Team members will start once the previous team member gets back from the run.
Only 1 team member may perform an exercise at a time (apart from the 2nd run). Team members can over-take between exercises or on the 2nd run.
