Changes to Sat time table:
We have now changed the format for the 11:15 class on Saturdays. This will now become a ‘CrossFit Skills’ class. This class will focus on learning skills and wod techniques, we will work on the same skills for 1 month and then change them. I am planning to include a short wod each week made up of the skills we have covered in that class.
The time table on team up will be changed shortly.
