Wednesday 12th May

Strength:-

Spend 10 minutes building to 80%
Then
E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets)
5 X Back squat at 80%

Metcon:-

10 min AMRAP
16 KB swings 32/24kg
12 Burpee pull ups
8 Alternating pistols

Tuesday 11th May

Strength:-

E2MOM for 10 minutes ( 5 sets)
5 x 5-8 Strict Pull ups (banded / bodyweight / weighted)
Then
EMOM for 5 minutes
Work on either kipping skill / butterfly or dish / arch holds

Metcon:-

3x 5 min AMRAP’s with 1 min rest between:

1: 10 / 8 cal bike + 10 air squats
2: 150m/100m Row + 10 box jumps
3: 10 burpees + 10 V-ups

Massive THANK YOU for all your donations to our bank holiday fundraiser! Your generosity is humbling.

Next thing in our sights is Battle Cancer London. We want 5 teams from the Club to rep CFT & TAG. Below is a bit more info:

There are three divisions - Male, Female and Mixed.
​Male is teams of 4 men.
Female is teams of 4 women. 
​Mixed teams can be made up of any combination of gender:
2 men, 2 women
1 man, 3 women
3 men, 1 woman

Weight standards are set by gender so all combinations of mixed teams compete in the same division.

Speak to @_katiehowitt if you fancy competing and have a team in mind.

It’s not a diversion - access is fine I think? From the A21. There were Gaza signs on the no access signs saying access to Gaza is still OK...
