YOGA at TAG! Members and non-members welcome.

We’re now offering Yoga at the Sevenoaks Weald site (TAG) with Dia. It’s for both men and women. Drop in after the school run, after Crossfit or before lunch!

Yoga is great for mobilising joints and muscles, working out stiffness and just your general flex. It supplements your training nicely, but is also great used on its own.

Included with your CFT/CFTAG membership! Small drop in fee for non-members. Class times:

Tuesday 17:30 on Zoom
Thursday 13:00 on Zoom

I can’t recommend this class enough. Whilst in lockdown with very few weights at home I decided to focus on mobility and have done Dia’s class twice a week since. Now that we’re back at the box my mobility improvements have accelerated all of my lifts, especially squats, squat snatch and overhead squats 🙌🏼 THANK YOU, DIA 🙏🏼

The 6am class 7 years ago today, and the 6am from 2 hours ago, today.

Not much has changed. Same hard work, same friends, new and improved gym(s).

CrossFit Tonbridge & CrossFit TAG

We’re proud to say CrossFit Tonbridge & CrossFit TAG are doing our bit to ensure both gyms are Covid-safe🦠.

Unlike standard gyms, our members are made to clean ALL equipment down after each use. And this is actually supervised by our coaches. Our policy includes:

- Regimented cleaning
- Hand sanitising before, during and after sessions
- Anti-bac provided for equipment and hands
- Members with symptoms - or those living with Covid symptoms - to stay home for 14 days
- One-way system and generous ventilation
- Floor demarcation, with government requirement of 100sq foot per person, per class is fulfilled

You can feel safe in the knowledge our gyms, programming and structuring has been extremely well thought out. Furthermore, physical exercise is one of the best things you can do to help your immune system fight illness.

Lastly, we thank our members who’ve been away to counties that are on the UK 14 day quarantine list who need to sit out for the required period. Our online yoga is still running and you can still do our daily WOD at home via the BoxMate app.
