CROSSFIT TONBRIDGE – WORLD CLASS FITNESS AT THE FRIENDLIEST GYM IN TONBRIDGE

We are the only Official CrossFit Affiliate in Tonbridge Kent, using CrossFit training methodology as a prime training method. We are the first UK affiliate to bring CrossFit to the Kent and East Sussex area, having been open since 2010. As of February 2020 we opened our sister box, CrossFit TAG, in Sevenoaks Weald. We’re pleased to be offering access to both sites for our members.

Our members travel from Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas to train with us. We’re the friendliest gym around and have a large social community built round the gym.

Katie Robertson is our Head Coach, and competitive masters’ athlete. She placed 7th in the 2020 Open and 3rd at Stength In Depth 2020. Katie users her competitive experience and the knowledge of bringing on hundreds of new CrossFitters to design our own programme to appeal to athletes of all levels

We have a real diversity of members, aged from 12-72 and a near 50/50 male/female ratio. We have people at every strength and fitness level from complete novices through to European Competition Standard Athletes. Whatever your level, you won’t be alone.

Cannot reccomend this place highly enough. Joined having not done any exercise for 5+ years and totally intimidated by gyms and gym culture.Crosffit Tonbridge & tag is a community of really cool, decent people.I've got stronger, faster and fitter thanks to not only the programming but what is truly an incredible community of genuine, supportive people. You're never made to feel incapable, just supported throughout, by the coaches but also others in your class.I've gone up to 4x week and would do more if I could! I've even started strangely missing it on days off, which for someone who has never enjoyed exercising has come as a bit of a shock.If you're debating wether to join, join, or at least go for a taster session, you're in good hands!

I joined CrossFit 2 years ago as they offered so many morning classes. Great variety of coaches & people to train with, but every workout is brutal. I love it!

Couldn't recommend this place any higher. The coaches are really helpful and patient, understanding there's a lot to learn and "everyone has been through it." All members are really friendly too - you feel part of a community from day one. The level of fitness/strength of the members couldn't be more vast, which means it is really welcoming for everyone. Strangely addictive!

I've been a member here for 9 years & it's become a great part of my life. Over the years, I've encouraged lots of others to come down & join too. I've made friends for life, taken part in various CrossFit & weightlifting competitions & trained through 2 pregnancies. The coaches & programming are brilliant & it's such a friendly box. It doesn't matter what your strength or fitness level is - there is so much to learn & improve on that it's one sport you'll never become bored with!

CrossFit Tonbridge is a friendly community of like-minded people supporting each other to reach their goals and have fun. The workouts are insane; I’ve seen huge improvements to my running since I started CrossFit 3 years ago and believe it’s played a huge role in keeping me strong and injury free as a runner. I’ve made so many friends there and would recommend to anyone who wants to workout in a fun and social environment.

Great place, changed my life. Years of injury have been sorted by good basic instruction building me up to be stronger than ever. No egos allowed. Friendly supportive staff. Beginner to pro are all treated with the right amount of care.

Excellent CrossFit gym, best in the Kent and Sussex area. Great programming, coaching and a fantastic community spirit. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are, this place will challenge and encourage you to meet and improve on your goals whether it’s to get back into shape or compete.

My wife and I are members of CrossFit Tonbridge it is a fantastic community as well as top level coaching and programming. Having been to many CrossFit boxes I can say that this is definitely the best around. My fitness and strength have improved so much. I would highly recommend CrossFit Tonbridge to everyone, whether a beginner looking to get fitter or an experienced athlete this box can cater for everything. An excellent fitness facility.

Such a great gym, really friendly coaches and the members make you feel welcome as soon as you step through the door. The workouts are designed to be hard, but you can work at your own level which is great for beginners but also means the more advanced Crossfitters are constantly challenged. The coaches are always there to help you out and scale the classes to suit you. I was originally nervous when stepping in to a CrossFit gym as I didn’t know anyone, but everyone is so welcoming here and I soon made some great friends. I’ve now got the confidence to visit CrossFit boxes all over the world with the skills that I have learnt here. Great way to keep fit and constantly challenge yourself.

3. 🧹Joe Cleaning 130kg! Insane weight (especially given his BW) executed with impeccable style.
