CROSSFIT TAG – WORLD CLASS FITNESS AT THE BEST GYM IN SEVENOAKS WEALD
Welcome to CrossFit TAG and CrossFit Tonbridge.
CrossFit TAG opened its doors in 2020 and is the new CrossFit Gym for Sevenoaks Weald, and Hildenborough. CrossFit TAG is the sister location for CrossFit Tonbridge, and offers the same legendary programming that keeps our members coming back for more. CrossFit TAG is open 7 days a week, with classes running from 7.00am to 7.30pm (see time table below).

Infuse some confidence with your child or teen using our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes. They will make friends, achieve some inner growth and live an active lifestyle. We also have a chillout area with public Wi-Fi, TV, and drinks available for kids and adults to wait.

We are also interspersing yoga into our CrossFit gym timetable below. CFT / CFTAG members will get these classes as part of their membership sessions. Yoga and CrossFit intertwine nicely, one helping the other with mobility – it makes sense to offer this at CrossFit TAG.
CrossFit TAG also operates a non-manned Open Gym. Each member will get a door access card which will allow you to use the facility between opening hours. Train at both Sevenoaks & Tonbridge and chose from carefully selected hours to fit into your lifestyle under your one membership.

Katie Robertson is our Head Coach, and competitive masters’ athlete. She placed 7th in the 2020 Open and 3rd at Stength In Depth 2020. Katie users her competitive experience and the knowledge of bringing on hundreds of new CrossFitters to design our own programme to appeal to athletes of all levels
We have a real diversity of members, aged from 5-75 and a near 50/50 male/female ratio. We have people at every strength and fitness level from complete novices through to European Competition Standard Athletes. Whatever your level, you won’t be alone.

I've got stronger, faster and fitter thanks to not only the programming but what is truly an incredible community of genuine, supportive people. You're never made to feel incapable, just supported throughout, by the coaches but also others in your class.
I've gone up to 4x week and would do more if I could! I've even started strangely missing it on days off, which for someone who has never enjoyed exercising has come as a bit of a shock.
If you're debating wether to join, join, or at least go for a taster session, you're in good hands!
We operate 2 sites, CrossFit TAG (Sevenoaks Weald) and CrossFit Tonbridge. All our members our welcome to train at both locations.

Just doing a little walk to raise some money for the charity I’m involved with. It gives kids with disabilities (from poor backgrounds) the chance to have a summer holiday.
I usually volunteer a week each summer, but with the arrival of baby, I’m doing this instead.
If any of y’all can spare £5, 10, 20 whatever you can it will be gladly received.
All member’s of the charity are unpaid volunteers, so all the money goes direct to providing the holidays.
