Farmers walk 3 shuttles
Axel bar press comp
*In groups: everyone does 1 overhead lift at a weight. Once completed increase the weight by 2.5kg. Repeat until the last person remains. Lifts must be completed within 20 secs of previous lifter.

Met Con:
With 2 deadlifts using farmers carry handles before each round complete:

Pull up
Push up (feet elevated)
KB swing 24kg/16kg
Squat thrust
